CXOs Conclave-2024

A CXOs Conclave was organized at SMS, Lucknow campus on 26.10.2024. Dr. Chandra Mauli Dwivedi, Group CHRO and Director, Jivika Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., was the moderator of the event. Mr. Ravendra Mishra, President-HR, Garware Technical Fibres Ltd., Mr. Aditya Sareen, Head-Corporate and Business HR, Tata Power, Ms. Swati Dogra, Head of HR  South Asia, Omya Group and Mr. Pramod Kumar Tripathi, General Manager- HR, Bajaj Energy Ltd. were the eminent speakers in this conclave. Around 500 professionals including Experts from diversified industries, Distinguished Alumni of SMS Lucknow, HODs, teaching and non-teaching staff along with students attended the conclave.

Dr. Ashish Bhatnagar, Director SMS Lucknow delivered the welcome address. A panel discussion on “Shaping Future Leaders: Innovation, Inclusivity and Integrity” was moderated by Dr. Chandra Mauli Dwivedi Ji “. In his orientation note Dr. Dwivedi  emphasized on startup ecosystems and it’s importance to develop the country exponentially. He also said innovative approach, honesty and Team work , these  skills are the basic need for future  leaders on which everyone should work continuously. Mr. Ravendra Mishra ji also added that in current scenario organizations are continuously working on innovation of new processes for productive outcome therefore innovative approach is good for new as well as for existing organization alike. Mr. Aditya Sareen, said that the Integrity towards work, team and organization plays an important role to be a future leader, So a student must work and develop these intrinsic skills. Ms. Swati Dogra emphasized on inclusivity of leadership.Mr. Pramod Kumar Tripathi discussed on inspiring ideas for nurturing future-ready leadership and maintaining ethical integrity in leadership roles.
