MBA is a post graduation degree and stands for Master in Business Administration. The main objective of this two years course is to inculcate management skills and knowledge in the students. The Government of our nation said  in its Economic Survey in 2018 that the feminization in the agricultural sector is increasing at a very fast rate, a term used to indicate how increasingly a good number of women and taking up roles as new wave of entrepreneurs, cultivators and increase the dignity of entrepreneurship in the Indian society, which includes approx. 49% of the self-employed farmers and approx 34% of the agricultural labor force of India.

Above statements clearly state that Women entrepreneurship will become a need of new India. An MBA course has all the capabilities which make a good entrepreneur. Presently MBA is not limited to only Finance and Marketing, MBA courses open its hand for different streams like Human Resources, Event management, Tourism management and many more.

An MBA student has to learn some basic concepts of the market, which leads him to be a marketing as well as financial, human resource, statistic friendly person. Integrity, Creativity, originality and capacity to take initiative combined with leadership and positive social influence are amongst the top skills as per the Future of Jobs Report 2020 by World Economic Forum.
