But Wait, don't be like a blind decision machine, you should try to be a manager and so, you have to listen and understand the situation and then analyse the situation of both the employees. Now understand the situation of Mr.A, Who already enjoys all his leaves, but now applying for leave because his Son has a serious injury and doctors recommend him for surgery. On the other hand Mr.B applied for leave just because he had some leaves remaining. Now I am sure your decision will definitely change.

When you are going to become a manager your decision has to be in the frame of different dimensions.you have to place the right person for the right job and also you have to assign the right job to the right person.
