Importance of Right Channel in Human Subtle System (Pingla Nadi)

As we all know that our body has three nadis or channels and seven chakras or plexus. Here we will be knowing about our right channel or commonly known as Pingla Nadi. This nadi is as the name suggests is ion the right side of the body. It rises from our Swadhishthan chakra and goes up to our sahastrar by crossing over our agya chakra. This nadi or channel is our Surya nadi as it is controlled by the sun and as a result it is a hot nadi. This is related to our future. When a person is more on to the right side i.e. on the Pingla nadi such a person is always very futuristic, always thinking of the future and when this goes to an extreme the person may have high blood pressure and it can even lead to an heart attack. These people often suffer from insomnia. There mind keeps on planning for the future. Over thinking leads to the extra work pressure on the liver and the liver becomes hot resulting in diabetes or other such problem. The best way to get rid of all these problems is to stop over planning and one should try to be spontaneous. The more spontaneous one would be the better he or she would be able to perform. It is very simple as everyone knows that a cool and calm mind is more efficient as compared to a person’s mind that is always worrying. The remedy for this is to pray to the Ether element by raising our left hand towards the ether and praying to it to absorb the extra heat from our right channel. Just try. It actually works. One can also put an ice pack on the liver to cool it. Once we are balanced from within it can be very much visible in our behavior.
