Any student pursuing Mechanical Engineering in his B.Tech Curriculum can correlate the mechanical Engineering in his day to day life. Roller mills, gears, press, dies etc are related to us in a different way. Student can see mechanical Engineering in various parts of Society which are as follows:-

5. Transportations etc.
These are some few live examples of mechanical Engineering
In park we can find it in Swings in parks and gardens which use clamps, hooks, ropes, and pulley etc, even swings are made of Mild Steel.
In hospitals, we can see various medical equipments which a doctors use like injections, stethoscope, inclined beds, Oxygen Supply Pipelines etc These all work on mechanized hinges.
In Malls we use Lifts, Automatic Sensor doors, Fire extinguishers equipment, escalator etc.
Small juice vendors use sugarcane juice machines which uses gears. They also use mixers and grinders which is an example of motors and mechanical Engineering.
In transportation, automobiles use a lot of mechanical parts including springs and shockers in suspension system, brakes and clutch in braking, engine and propeller shaft as transmission system etc.
