GREEN HRM - The New Trend in HR The term “Green Personnel”

GREEN HRM - The New Trend in HR The term “green personnel” is often used to
refer to the contribution of personnel policies and practices to a company's broader
environmental agenda of protecting and conserving natural resources.
When discussing green HR, we should consider her two key factors:
green HR practices and maintaining knowledge capital.
The environmental impact of our daily activities and the desire to be environmentally
consciousness has spread from individuals to organizations.
An increasing number of organizations are volunteering to work in a
more environmentally friendly way. Green Talent Management is based on the green
movement, which involves organizations protecting the environment and saving the
planet from future disasters to maximize profits.
Green Talent Management will be incorporated into business philosophies, personnel
policies and practices, employee training, and environmental protection law
enforcement, and will play an essential role in the industry in promoting
environmental issues.
Green HRM also helps employers and organizations build a good corporate image and
brand in the market by rigorously implementing ISO 26000, environmental audits,
and thinking about waste management and pollution.
The new Companies Act of 2013 also requires companies with net assets of 500
million or more and annual sales of 100 billion or more to contribute to the betterment
of society. The overconsumption of natural resources as raw materials by industry
and other commercial organizations are putting tremendous pressure on the earth's
natural resources, leading to debates on issues such as ecosystem imbalance and
biodiversity.
Many companies are implementing eco-friendly HR departments, helping reduce their
carbon footprint by reducing paper printing, video conferencing, and interviews.
