GOODMORNING JINDAGI!!

Earth has not anything to show more fair:
Dull would he be of soul who could pass by
A sight so touching in its majesty:
This City now doth, like a garment, wear
The beauty of the morning …

The beauty of morning!! Yes the above lines are written by famous poet William Wordsworth.

As a poet, he must have realized the beauty of nature when morning arrives. He must have understood and thus wrote that we all cannot avoid this beautiful gift from nature also, our souls are not dead to appreciate the value of a beautiful morning in life. Mornings are a message of hope, compassion, and peace that nature has given us. It shows that after night there is always a brighter day with new opportunities and prospects. But now, we have made our mornings full of tension, rush, and laziness. We do not want to get up early and avoid exercising and fresh morning walks. Though mobile is for convenience now due to addiction to whatsapp and social networking sites, surfing starts from the moment we get up from sleep. How can we expect to remain peaceful, calm, healthy, and stress-free when the start of the day is such a rush!!!

Now go back to the times of your grandparents and parents too, when mornings started with the first ray of the sun. Exercises, getting ready early, worshipping the almighty, and first providing food to the pets were the customs. Where have these values disappeared? It is so difficult to find a relaxing morning these days; we all are so stuck in a busy rigorous lifestyle that we forget to appreciate the true beauty of nature. Especially the younger generation needs to understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle. So include a good morning walk, some yoga, and exercise, get up early and at least take a break from mobile in the mornings, and have a healthy breakfast that would be a booster for your whole day plan. Just embrace the mornings gifted by nature. Also, refresh your day with positivity. A healthy change in your morning routine would surely bring tremendous positive change mentally and physically.
