SMS Lucknow was declared ranked at 1st position on 17th May 2018 among all 615 colleges (and 43 participating colleges) of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow for Innovation & Start-up activities carried out by the Institute during the year and under the Dr. Kalam Startup Parikrama – 7th Edition and TEQUIP III. SMS Lucknow received this award on 27th July 2018 at an award ceremony organized by K-CIIS of AKTU, at New Delhi.
